An inexpensive alternative to award frames, this black folder accommodates an 8-1/2" x 11" certificate in your choice of a vertical or horizontal format. Includes a sturdy paper board backer inside with a clear acetate protector. Features deckled edge detailing and a subtle black foil border on the front cover (if border is not wanted order must state "no cover border") .
